NEWS
Preparation for our September Show is underway. This will be a smaller event than our Spring Show, but still lots of fun with Gymkhana Games, Jumping Classes, Fancy Dress and a dog show. We are looking for raffle prizes from local businesses in return for displaying a banner on the fence line by the traffic lights and a mention in the schedule

PONY CLUB
Has been MANIC over the summer holidays! It has been lovely to see so many back at our rallies. Everyone learned lots and enjoyed all kinds of activities, with over 600 photos on our Facebook and Photobucket pages!

We would also love to make a triathlon team up to represent our ponyclub - running shooting, swimming and sometimes riding a XC course

Our Winning quiz team were unable to take their rightful place in the Championships due to lack of transport........but will try again next year!

Check out our events page for holiday activities!!!

NEW FACES
Jasmine gave birth to a stunning colt foal called Seabrook Rock Serenade nick named Sprout, then Ella dropped a HUGE unexpected surprise on us in the form of a beautiful Filly Foal called Seabrook Surprise. All 3 babies can be seen in the fields opposite the coach and horses. Katie has also come back to the yard after doing her job with her old owner

HEALTH AND SAFETY

I make no apology for leaving the following in all the newsletters!

Whenever you walk onto this yard there is a safety risk. Unfortunately animals do not have an on/off button and the batteries cannot be taken out when we no longer want to play with them.

We HAVE to take this issue very seriously, and as such the most recent risk assessment is available to all in the office, and if you have not yet completed  a client form, please do so. These too are found in the office.

Sadly, for you, the client, more and more restrictions are laid down by the insurance companies due to the "someone is to blame!" society in which we find ourselves. This has led to some opportunities to learn having to be withdrawn. While every care is taken on our behalf to ensure your safety while riding, we ask that you take some responsibility for your own/dependants welfare, and advise us of any health or safety issue you may have. If you are uncomfortable with anything asked of you/your dependants please let us know!
